WELCOME TO OddityAbyss LLC THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

ODDITYABYSS LLC IS A SMALL HANDMADE BUSINESS LOCATED IN MISSISSIPPI, SPECIALIZING IN UNIQUELY DESIGNED SILICONE MOLDS. EACH DESIGN IS CRAFTED BY HAND AND IS AN ORIGINAL CREATION.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ALL MOLDS, DESIGNS, IMAGES, AND CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF ODDITYABYSS LLC. YOU ARE ABLE TO SELL THE ITEMS CREATED WITH THE MOLDS FOR SMALL BUSINESS USE. UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION, REDISTRIBUTION, OR MODIFICATION OF OUR DESIGNS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PURCHASING A MOLD DOES NOT GRANT RIGHTS TO REPLICATE OR RESELL THE MOLD ITSELF OR DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED ON OUR DESIGNS.

3. PRODUCT USAGE & LIMITATIONS

OUR MOLDS ARE DESIGNED FOR PERSONAL AND SMALL BUSINESS USE.

CUSTOMERS MAY USE MOLDS TO CREATE THEIR OWN PRODUCTS FOR SALE BUT MAY NOT DUPLICATE OR RESELL THE MOLD ITSELF.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPROPER HANDLING, MATERIAL INCOMPATIBILITY, OR MODIFICATION OF THE MOLD.

4. ORDERING, SHIPPING, & RETURNS

WE STRIVE TO FULFILL ORDERS WITHIN 10 DAYS BUT SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY BASED ON ORDER SIZE.

ACCEPTS RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF UNUSED MOLDS.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH PHOTOS SO WE CAN ASSESS THE SITUATION AND DETERMINE THE BEST RESOLUTION FOR BOTH PARTIES.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ODDITY ABYSS, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE PURCHASED ITEM.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. CONTINUED USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ANY REVISED TERMS.



 

Return Policy

At Oddity Abyss, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your silicone molds, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Silicone Molds: We accept returns of unused silicone molds within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The silicone molds must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Molds that have been used, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the address to send your item(s) back to.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If it passes inspection, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened silicone molds

  • Customized items (e.g., personalized molds)

  • Bath bombs, stickers, or any other non-silicone mold products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s through a replacement or refund.
